――Why do other companies do not provide detailed plans like the “Saikiki Plan”?

Mr. Ihara: Probably, business structural problems are great.We are in the position of secondary wholesale, and unlike the primary wholesale that buys the speed from MNO as the so -called "band business", we buy a capacity (part -time job).In that case, the capacity is purchased in a form like "how many GBs and how much", and sold to users.

On the other hand, when buying in a band, it recognizes that the user's contract may be 1GB or 50GB, but basically the customer cost is not very different.Therefore, there is a sense of "better sales as much as possible", and other companies may not provide plans like "Saitoki Plan".

――Currently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications is working on the MVNO directly to the MVNO, but how are you accepting it?

Mr. Ihara's industry has just begun to study, but he recognizes that the benefits of being given to the MVNO are full MVNO businesses.I think this will create a new service, but I don't know exactly what I can do, and I'm just studying.

――It was said that you can easily change your plan on My Page, but what is the percentage of users who are actively utilizing this?

Mr. Ihara's Aeon Mobile has exceeded 500,000 lines, of which approximately 20,000 to 25,000 contracts have been changed every month.

――How many users are switching the plan according to the actual usage?

The distribution of the capacity used by Mr. Ihara and the distribution of the contracted capacity plan are generally consistent.The area is around the plan of 4GB or less, but we recognize that the plan of more capacity is roughly switched by the user side.

――In the middle to high capacity, the number of contracts for 20GB plans is increasing.

Even though Ihara's 20GB plan, there are not many ways to use 20GB individually.In many cases, 20GB share 20GB in a family of four to lower the price.

――What is the best selling smartphone terminal?

Mr. Ihara's main product of Aeon Mobile is a smartphone with a price range of 20,000 to 25,000 yen.

Mr. Ihara's latest model is naturally conscious, and there are some parts that are enviable about the sub brands that released the iPhone 12.We are also interacting with Apple, but it is a bit difficult.

Therefore, unused items of the iPhone 8 and iPhone XS currently being handled are collected from the market and provided.These models are considered to be in our stance in terms of "old model, but you can have a SIM -free iPhone cheaply."

iOS supports the update to the previous model, so as long as the environment continues, I would like to work hard on the iPhone of 50,000 to 60,000 yen or less.I think that it is really tough when it comes to a terminal of 60,000 yen or more.

――Please tell us about the provision of 5G services.

Mr. Ihara's 5G service cannot be provided by our discretion alone, but we believe that it will be possible to provide it by this year.

On the other hand, as a result of giving 5G in MVNO, it has not yet been found to have the benefits of users.It doesn't mean that the speed is faster.However, I think it is interesting just to have "5G" in the antenna pit.

――Do you have specific numbers as a goal for the number of lines?

Mr. Ihara's goal is one million lines.At this time, we are not the regulated businesses, but we want to aim for that position in the future.

Just because you become a regulatory target company does not have much money to make a discount of 20,000 yen, so it is not very relevant, but we will first aim for an early 1 million line.

―― It is presumed that a major cheap plan was a threat and some spilled, but is there any disclosure of the number of cancellations?

Mr. Ihara In fact, the cancellation has increased as much as before for February to April.The biggest impact was not to be a cheap plan such as "Ahamo", but the one -year free campaign for Rakuten Mobile ended on April 7.This recognizes that high sensitivity users have moved out in March and April.

After that, the number of cancellations has settled down, so I believe that the MNP transfer and moving out have settled down from June.

―― For example, do you plan to collaborate with Aeon Cards, such as "Paying with AEON Card will be cheaper"?

Mr. Ihara is working on cooperation, but it has not yet been realized because it has become a barrier to being a separate company and how to link customer information has become a barrier.However, I want to move aggressively for realization.

――How for SoftBank line?
